We report the occurrence of cerebro-vascular accident, following selective embolization of internal maxillary artery (IMA) in a young male patient aged 18 years admitted at ENT Department, Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) with diagnosis of recurrent juvenile nasophayrngeal angiofibroma (JNA).
