In patients with locally advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), comprehensive treatment is recommended, including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and others. Pre-operative inductive therapy can reduce tumor burden, increase organ preservation rate, and reduce distant metastasis rate.
Patients with early stage breast cancer (stages I,II,III) who received paclitaxel in neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy protocol and developed peripheral neuropathy will be randomized to receive true acupuncture (intervention group) vs sham acupuncture (control), once a week, for 8 weeks. The
The main purpose of this study is to find out what is the best dose of preoperative RT when combined with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy. The study will assess if combining the RT with the immunotherapy agent, pembrolizumab, will increase the ability of the immune system to destroy cancer cells.

Oral mucositis is a common side effect from paclitaxel treatment. It can be very painful and compromise nutrition and oral hygiene, and it may increase the risk of infection. Although oral mucositis is a common side effect to chemotherapy, no available treatment is yet available that can effectively
This study is an open single arm study, which would undergo optimal two stage designs. 60 patients who are diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer would have dose-dense epirubicin hydrochloride with cyclophosphamide followed by nanoparticlealbumin-bound paclitaxel with PD-1 regimen for
Men and women age ≥ 18 years with previously untreated unresectable locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that is not amenable to resection with curative intent regardless of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) status.
The number of patients to be included is 100
The study evaluate the pathological complete response rate, event-free survival, disease-free survival, overall survival and safety of pyrotinib in combination with trastuzumab, pertuzumab and nab-paclitaxel as neoadjuvant therapy in early stage or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer.
This is a Phase II, randomized, open-label trial to evaluate the clinical and immunologic activity of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy when combined with various immunotherapy induction regimens as neoadjuvant therapy for triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
A commonly used standard neoadjuvant
This will be a retrospective analysis of patients with histologically confirmed triple-negative or HER2+ operable breast cancer (with high risk of recurrence) who are treated at Hellenic Cooperative Oncology Group (HeCOG)- affiliated departments of oncology. Patients who participate are 18 years or
Retrospective and monocentric translational study carried out on patients treated at the IUCT-Oncopole by neoadjuvant chemotherapy (sequential treatment FEC100 or EC100 then taxane, paclitaxel weekly for the most part) for a triple-negative CS between 2012 and 2018.
We have the microbiopsy of the
This is a randomized open-label phase II trial comparing paclitaxel/margetuximab/pertuzumab (TMP) to paclitaxel/trastuzumab/pertuzumab (THP) in patients with anatomic stage II-III HER2 positive breast cancer.

OUTLINE
Patients receive WOKVAC intradermally (ID) on day 13. Treatment repeats for up to 3 cycles in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Patients also receive paclitaxel via infusion on days 1, 8, and 15, and trastuzumab intravenously (IV) and pertuzumab IV on day 1. The
