Identification of cases:
Placental abruption cases will be identified by interrogation of two databases of Brest University Hospital between January 2013 and December 2018.
The women diagnosed with placental abruption will be first identified by interrogation of the Medical Registry Department (MRD)
The goal is to help improve counselling and ASA adherence for preeclampsia prevention in pregnant women with SLE. This study could offer the ideal setting for the conduct of a future study assessing the efficacy of ASA for prevention of placenta-mediated complications in SLE pregnancies.
