Development of exudative skin necrosis in female rats of Vistar line was caused by Selye method (with help of subcutaneons injections of sodium chlorate). The number of rats which got skin necrosis was bigger than when animals were fed on food containing butter or sardine fat, at that in the second case bigger than first one.
