Rapunzel syndrome is characterized by gastric trichobezoar with extension beyond pylorus. Seven year old female presented with chronic pain abdomen and loss of appetite. Upper gastrointestinal (UGI) endoscopy showed large trichobezoar in the stomach with its tail extending into proximal duodenum.
