The effects of a standardized extract of Ginkgo biloba L. leaves (EGb) and its terpene constituents, bilobalide and ginkgolides, on the activities of detoxification enzymes, i.e., glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) and DT-diaphorase, and glutathione contents, were investigated in the mouse liver.
