Acacia woodmaniorum, also known as Woodman's wattle, is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and subgenus Alatae. It is native to a small area in Western Australia.
The shrub is hard, prickly with intricate branching that typically grows to a height of 2 metres (7 ft) and a width of around 2 m (7 ft) with grey, slightly roughened bark on the stem and branches.
