OBJECTIVE
To observe the effects of Coptis Chinensis on vasoconstrictive activity of isolated thoracic aorta rings of normoxic and chronic intermittent hypobaric hypoxic (CIHH) rats, and to investigate the underlying mechanisms.
METHODS
Young male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into
