Doxorubicin drug as a strong anti caner agent for clinical treatment of the various cancer along with the other drug is widely utilized. The Doxorubicin efficiency due to the physiological properties of the body and the tumor tissue is limited, resulting the its targeted treatment must be basically considered. This study introduces a new and effective system for targeted release of the doxorubicin drug. For this case, Green magnetic/Graphene oxide/Chitosan/Allium Sativum/Quercus/nanocomposite was successfully fabricated. The release amount of loaded doxorubicin drug on the made nanocomposite was evaluated and investigated. The drug diffusivity in the plasma environment for better understanding of the drug diffusion process was calculated. Furthermore the drug release mechanism using the kinetic models and cytotoxicity assay of the made nanocomposite were also investigated. It was found that this novel designed system owning to used the strong and excellent natural components at its structure could increase the encapsulated drug efficiency significantly. Results indicated that the loaded drug on nanocomposite in similar acidity conditions of the human body can release further amount of drug and the controlled release of drug at pH= 7.4 was also observed, affirming that the fabricated drug system is thoroughly pH - dependent. The cytotoxicity assay confirmed that the fabricated nanocomposite at high growth rate of cancerous cells acts as a cytotoxicity agent, resulting DOX conjuncted with it can be essentially improved for cancer cell killing.
