The proposed study will include 15 UC anti-TNF naïve patients . We will consider remission when patients have an endoscopic Mayo score ≤1, and activity index score, Mayo= 0 points.
Stool samples will be collected before starting Anti-TNF treatment (M0), and then every 3 months (M1, M2, M3 and M4) to complete the study.
GOLIMUMAB induction with 200mg at week 0, and 100mg at week 2. Under 70kg, the follow up treatment will be 50mg/month, and 100mg/month in patients over 70kg, as clinical practice.

Pregnant Women in All Gestational Ages Hospitalized for a Problem of Pregnancy.

Some of these questionnaires will have to be completed every day and others every other day:
The Internet questionnaire is divided in two parts. The first one investigates the use of internet at home and it will be administered only once, the second part will investigate the internet use at the hospital, in the case the women have a personal smartphone, tablet or personal computer (they are the owners) and it will be administered every other days.
The questionnaire is aimed to understand the quality of life (EQ-5D) will be administered only once, at the beginning of the hospitalization.
The STAI questionnaire is divided in to parts, the first part aims to determinate the state anxiety and it will be administered every other day, while the second part will discuss the anxiety itself, and has to completed only once.

During the first day of hospitalization, the field investigator administers to every patient participating to the study all five questionnaires and on each questionnaire, it will be indicated the day when it has been completed.
The study measures the level of state anxiety in hospitalized women with pathological pregnancy, influenced by internet use. The 1-800 QuitLine provides smoking cessation services to Michigan residents who want to quit using tobacco. The Quit Line offers a personal health coach and participant toolkits to help tobacco users gain confidence and motivation they need to quit for good.
Computer-delivered 5As (CD-5As) brief intervention The software platform to be used for this study features an interactive three-dimensional narrator, clear and relevant graphics, and aura;Participants use headphones for privacy while working with the computer.
