Acacia torulosa is a shrub or tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae that is native to north eastern Australia.
The somewhat resinous shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 1.3 to 15 m (4 ft 3 in to 49 ft 3 in). It has brown to grey coloured bark that become flaky with age.
