Апстракт
Histiocytoid Sweet syndrome (HSS) is an uncommon histopathologic variant of Sweet syndrome (SS), characterized by an inflammatory infiltrate with a predominance of immature myeloid cells which may be misinterpreted as histiocytes. HSS has been associated with malignancies, drugs, infections and autoimmune diseases. Few cases of drug-induced HSS have been reported and in many of them a protein kinase inhibitor was considered the culprit drug.
