Effectiveness was evaluated by patients who had negative on mycological laboratory (mycological cure) as percentage.

Median time to mycological cure were defined as time (days, months or years) that had negative on mycological laboratory

Clinical cure was defined as the patients had complete clinical improvement or having <10% nail involvement.

Median time to clinical cure were defined as time (days, months or years) that had clinical improvement of the affected nails.

Side effects was assessed by the percentage of patients developed any side effect such as erythema, burning sensation, pain.

Phase Ib/II Study Evaluating Orteronel (Without Prednisone) Combined With Itraconazole In Men With Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC)

This is a dose escalation phase I trial where 3 subjects will be enrolled at each dose level. If no dose limiting toxicities (DLTs) are seen at a dose level, the study moves to the next dose level. If 1 DLT is seen, 3 additional subjects must be enrolled at the current dose level. If 2-3 DLTs are seen, we will stop accrual to that particular dose level, and the previous dose level becomes the maximum tolerated dose.

To determine the safety and tolerability of the combination regimen: orteronel + itraconazole. The grade and severity of adverse events will be assessed using CTCAE v4.0

Tilt Table and Autonomic Testing in Suspected POTS Subjects

We will address the hypothesis that elevated supine MAP accompanies the CV dysautonomia in children presenting with symptoms of POTS.

We will identify neurohumoral characteristics for each group to establish the underlying mechanisms for the elevated supine MAP and the dysautonomia in these subjects leading to a more focused approach to treatment.
