абстрактный
In the experiments on male rats recovered after clinical death caused by acute hemorrhage and mechanical asphyxia undulatory changes of lymphocyte succinate dehydrogenase activity were revealed: enzyme inhibition during clinical death, activation in the first minutes of resuscitation with subsequent moderate reduction in activity. Lymphocyte succinate dehydrogenase activity was shown to be a reliable prognostic criterion. Pre-injection of sodium succinate at a dose of 20 mg/kg improved considerably the resuscitation results especially during the first two days of rehabilitation period.
