A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the specific determination of 2-n-propylquinoline, a new anti-leishmaniasis drug, in plasma and liver homogenates of mice. 2-n-Propylquinoline was extracted with methyl-tert.-butyl ether with quinoline as internal standard.
