Arm 1: infected patients will receive the standard therapy for COVID-19 (Paracetamol 500 mg /6h, Hydroxychloroquine 500 mg/ 12h, Oseltamivir 150 mg /12 h for 5 days, Azithromycin 1 gm first day then 500 mg/day for 1st line or Clarithromycin 500 mg/12 h for 7-14 days, Ascorbic acid 500 mg/12 h and Cyanocobalamin IV once daily plus Lopinavir 400mg/Ritonavir 100 mg caps 2 capsules twice daily in severe cases) and after three days of the standard therapy the infected patients will receive 13 cis retinoic acid (0.5 mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses orally for 14 days combined with the standard therapy . All subjects were encouraged to complete the full course of treatment and common side effects were explained. Side effects and compliance will be documented.

After three days of randomization and standard treatment , 13 cis retinoic acid (0.5 mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses orally for 14 days.+standard treatment
Standard treatment is according to the protocol of treatment of 2019-nCoV infection

Patients and method :
This study will performed on 1000 patients tested positive for the presence of COVID-19 RNA by RT-PCR kit for RNA detection will randomly divided into 3 equal groups

Patients
This study will performed on 1000 patients tested positive for the presence of COVID-19 RNA by RT-PCR kit for RNA detection will randomly divided into 3 equal groups

Blood will be collected and placed in a 4ml tube without anticoagulants. The tube will be centrifuged and the blood's serum will be isolated in order to examine the biochemical parameters of the study with the cooperation of the Biochemistry Lab of University Hospital AHEPA. Furthermore, 2ml of whole blood will be collected in a tube containing Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) as the anticoagulant for use in molecular techniques. The whole blood and the serum will be stored in a temperature of -80 degree Celsius.

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Children that meet all the inclusion criteria for this study will be examined and undergo treatment with asparaginase (Experimental group) and will be compared to the corresponding teams of healthy children and children that have ailed and are off chemotherapy for at least 6 months (Control group).

Correlation of Polymorphisms of Lipoprotein Lipase (LpL) and Apolipoprotein E (Apo E) With Lipid Profile of Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Eukaemia During Therapy With L - Asparaginase.

The genotypes of children with ALL will be recorded and it might constitute an early indicative factor concerning the treatment's outcome. Thusly, essential information will be extracted about the possible contribution of genotype of children under treatment with L-ASP to the lipid disorder as shown in the lab results, to better monitoring of each unique phase of the therapy for clinical occurrences and complication and to faster therapeutic intervention.

During the disease's diagnosis, the lipid profile of the patients' will be determined by measuring the changes of the following parameters compared to the baseline measures: cholesterol (mg/dl), triglycerides(mg/dl), HDL-cholesterol(mg/dl), LDL-cholesterol(mg/dl), apolipoprotein A1(mg/dl), apolipoprotein B100(g/L), lipoprotein α [Lp(α)](nmol/l), glucose (mg/dl), SGOT (U/I), SGPT (U/I), TSH (mU/l) FT4 (pmol/l) amylase (U/I) and lipase (U/I).

Concurrent chemoradiation Therapy:
Radiation therapy:2 Gy will be given daily 5 days per week for a total of 60 Gy over 6 weeks.
Temozolomide from day 1 of radiotherapy to the last day of radiation at a daily oral dose of 75 mg/m2 for a maximum of 49 days.
Bevacizumab will be administered intravenously on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle,at the beginning of the 4th week of radiation. The dose will be 10 mg/kg.
Adjuvant Therapy:
Temozolomide once per day for 5 consecutive days of a cycle. The starting dose for the first cycle will be 150 mg/m2/day, with a single dose 200 mg/m2/day in subsequent cycles if no treatment-related adverse events> grade 2 are noted.
Bevacizumab will be administered intravenously on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle. The dose will be 10 mg/kg.

Glioblastoma

Radiation therapy:For both intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) plans, one treatment of 2 Gy will be given daily 5 days per week for a total of 60 Gy over 6 weeks.
Temozolomide will be administered continuously from day 1 of radiotherapy to the last day of radiation at a daily oral dose of 75 mg/m2 for a maximum of 49 days.
Bevacizumab will be administered intravenously on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle,at the beginning of the 4th week of radiation. The dose will be 10 mg/kg of actual body weight.

Chemoradiation Therapy

Temozolomide will be administered orally once per day for 5 consecutive days (days 1-5) of a 28-day cycle. The starting dose for the first cycle will be 150 mg/m2/day, with a single dose escalation to 200 mg/m2/day in subsequent cycles if no treatment-related adverse events> grade 2 are noted.
Bevacizumab will be administered intravenously on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle. The dose will be 10 mg/kg of actual body weight.
